Plans, seats, and billing
Owners only
Choose Free, Team, or Professional and manage seats from Settings.
Open billing
- Sign in as the company Owner.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Compare Free, Team, and Professional.
- Choose monthly or yearly pricing, then start checkout or change plan.
What each plan unlocks
- Free - guides, capture, templates, search, limited storage and seats.
- Team - tasks, teams and folders, imports, exports, more storage.
- Professional - playbooks, Insights, Ask, and the highest limits.
Downgrades
Downgrades to a lower paid plan or Free are scheduled for the end of the billing period when needed. Your guides stay available on Free after a paid plan ends.
